Title displaying as strong of numbers and letters

Hello,

I'm not sure what's happening here,
The title which should read 'Test' comes out with this string of numbers and letters (See attached image)

It does this for all records.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you have the field name on the layout?
Could you attach the screenshot of field list of this entity from Entity Manager?

Oh, as I can see you have the field Name on the layout and it is empty. This is the main text field of the entity. If you fill it, you will see this name in the title.
