    Automatic sending new cases to email

    Hello,

    Is there a way to make new cases being sent to a specified email address as soon as they appear? I tried setting up a workflow, but it only allows to send a specific static template, and I need the complete case info (applicant's name and email, and case description). Is there a way to create dynamic templates, or other ways to solve this problem?

    Found the solution, answer not needed :-)

    In case anyone else needs it - there's a selector for dynamic fields in the email template editor (right above the text field).
