1 member with Multiple roles in different teams

Hi all

was hoping someone could point me in the right direction here.

do basically im trying to setup a user (team lead 1) to be a member of a team yet have overview of a sub team
So main team will be residential and Team lead 1 will be a normal member here
sub team being Team 1 with user team lead 1 as the lead (with access to view all leads assigned to those in his team) but not all leads in residential..

can anyone help?

Hi,

If the user has a read access = 'team' then one will be able to see both records related to teams and records directly assigned to one.

If User-1 is in Team-A and not in Team-B then one will see all records of Team-A and only assigned records of Team-B.

Thanks but wont that affect the round robin / work flow assignment in Team B if he isnt in Team B he wont be assigned any leads...

You can create Team C and add user-1. Use this team for round robin only.
