regarding unsubscribe link

Hello,

after a mass mailing, there was a few users who unsubscribed, I checked their settings especially the target list but did not saw any changes (they was still following the mailed list! ).
So I made a short test with a dummy user, received the mail , unsubscribed (ok my dummy user got the unsubscribe confirmation , see attachment).
But as I go to the dummy user info page, he is still following the list he unsubscribed, there is no changes either.

Is it the normal behavior or there is smth wrong on my EspoCRM 5.2.2?

On Target List view you have Opted Out panel. Please check it

Thanks Tania, for your hint.
Effectively, the target list show contact persons who unsubscribed.
A short test shown that people mentioned in the Opted out list does not received the list mailing anymore.
