    I would like to add to all the contacts that do not have an email address, the email address of the corresponding company. How can I do that using a condition (at workflow) so that I don't copy-paste each email address for each contact?

      I tried yesterday, but the option 'empty' does not aapear in the alternatives. Perhaps is it somewhere esle? Where do I find it?

        What EspoCRM version do you use? And what Advanced Pack version?

          Version 5.1.1 and we don't yet have the Advance Pack version, but we will soon book it. Is this 'empty' option included there?

              we aldready did try Workflow but as said, we don't have the option 'empty' on Email field.

                      I just tried the demo and it worked when I created a contact myself that doesn't have an email. But somehow it didn't work for the contacts that I have already created before.
                      I also had another question, namely if I can make the last names of the contacts with a link, so that I can directly open the contact when I click, and not open the company first.

                        what trigger type did you choose?
                        no, link is to contact, but not the url, you typed in last name field

                          I choose firstly the 'after record created', and then 'sequentially', but the latter one didn't do anything. If I try 'after record saved', willit work on the contacts that have been created and saved before I assign this rule?
                          yeah lile I need the link for ex to be in the contact. It would be much more effective as said to directly open the contact, without having to open the company first.
