Auto Reply Email not Working

Hello,

Hope you are doing well.
I have been working with espocrm and most recently, I face a problem.

Auto Reply Emails are not being received. I have activated auto reply on my group email account.
Previous days, It was working fine.
But today, It is not working.
I checked in the database in the email table as well, the auto reply email is there but it is not being sent.

Kindly help me with this.

Hi,
what is the status of these emails?
If status is Sent, is it possible to check spam folder?
If it isn't sent, check if you can send emails with set smtp settings.
