Real Estate: Is it possible to hide a property sold in list view?

Hi, when a property is sold, we don't use it anymore. Is it possible, when i use a flag "sold" hide this property from list view? or remove it/them with a filter?

Hi,
you have Actual filter on the property list view (search panel, left, All by default). It depends on status field, not on the flag
