Opportunity "Lead Source" field enum values?

I'm trying to modify values for the Opportunity "Lead Source" field in the Entity Manager the values aren't listed and there's no way to edit them. Why is this particular field "hard-coded" and how to edit the values?

In Entitty Manager > Lead > source field

Options are copied from Lead source field
