Thanks for your hint; I'm definitely going to dig into it. I'm actually not as proficient as i'd like with javascript ... so it will take some time...
I think it could be a useful feature to implement in standard Espo: on email reply simply select the account matching the "to" address of the email object replyed.

Hi to all,

I'm wondering if there is a way to force Espo to select the group email account as "from" by default when replying to a case email. As far as I can see it selects as From a personal email account if it is present in user configuration.
