Syntax error message on include statement in cron.php

I keep getting this syntax error message on include statement in cron.php but it looks correct.
I run this in Windows CMD with Administrative Privileges

This was installed with bitnami-espocrm-5.1.1-0-windows-installer then upgraded to 5.1.2.

Any ideas?

I fixed the mistake in the command. I get no more error messages. However the email reminders are still not going out when I manually run the cron.
If I manually send email test messages they work fine.
I checked the EspoCRM error logs. Is there an error log specifically for Cron jobs?

If there were a lot of jobs, it could take some time

I don 't know how I spoke too soon. But it looks like I did. They seem to be working now. I will keep monitoring. Thanks!
