    Creating a task for every contact on a report

    We are doing some "snail mail" campaigns and are creating target lists of 50 contacts. Every two weeks we are doing our mailing to the next group of 50. The sales team has asked me if there is any way to automatically set up followup tasks for each contact in that target list for two weeks after the list was created. I don't even know where to begin on this one. Any ideas?

    Hi,
    if you have report (from Advanced Pack) with contacts and you want to create a task for each contact, you need to create a Workflow with target entity - Contact, trigger type - Scheduled, set target report and scheduling.

    In actions - Create Related Record, Tasks, set needed field. Save.
    Check if cron is set and if Run Scheduled Workflows scheduled job is active
