Hi, I am using the ESPOCRM with the advanced package and may I say it is an awesome product
We use use this to create tickets for customers that report issues with their installed equipment, this works very well
What I would like to do is to create a report on when a ticket/case is opened and when it was closed and the time it took to close the ticket from inception
Is this possible
For example the report would say:-
Opened at 1245 closed at 1400 time taken 1.15 hours
If it can include the user that closed it even better but not essential
