    Lead -> (qualification) -> Opportunity -> (conversion) -> Order

    I have just done the folowing on your demo site:

    1) created lead
    2) clicked Follow (is that 'Follow-Up') ... what does this mean?
    3) clicked 'Convert'
    4) created Opportunity ... and not Contact or Account (shouldn't the list be - Contact, Opportunity, Account ... least upgrade to most upgrade)
    5) in the Opportunity page, how do I convert the opportunity into an order?

    By the way, over on the SMEserver forum I have 'introduced' your app.

    Also, why isn't the Lead info auto carried over into the Opportunity - a pain to have to re-enter this. Isn't this one of the advantages of computer software.

    Lastly - is it currently possible (or are there plans for) the ability to enter Contacts (or Leads) and then create an email (one click) with all the sending details entered - this would imply perhaps also being able to select a pre-constructed template with all the contact info and contact details correctly entered.

    Hi

    Follow is just to follow this entity in your Activity Stream. Now there is only panel on the dashboard called Stream. In future we will add separated page for Stream. It's like facebook feed.

    Regarding Opportunity. You just change its status to Closed Won. No Purchasing Orders implemented. Do you think CRM is responsible for Orders?

    What Lead Info wasn't copied to Opportunity? It should do for standard fields. Custom fields not supported yet but will be. Activities should be moved as well.

    Thank you for introducing our app. It's very young and any kind of promotion is essential.

    If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

      answer - 'Name' wasn't copied over

      "Follow is just to follow this entity ..." - what is the benefit to the user?
