What changes in B2C mode

I followed the instructions in the documentation to change to B2C. But i have not noticed any changes in the functioning of Espo. What should I expect to happen? How can I check if I did things correctly?

Fetched emails will be related to some contact (from automation).
Others records you relate to Contact or any other entities manually.
