Our Operations Director needs to be able to work with CRM via keyboard only.
And we are finding it difficult for him to update the status field of a lead.
He was a guy that loved Salesforce for this ability but that is too expensive for our company.
Can you advise? Is there theme or better layout we can provide for him?
