Here in post is saving only bodyPlain. You need to store the HTML

I was afraid of that, but unfortunately I have to implement this, my client is receiving a lot of emails that can't be represented as text well, for example emails containing weird formatting or tables. Could you point me in the direction of the files that I'll need to alter for this?

Stream could show only markdown text, not HTML. This feature requires a lot of modifications. Not sure, that everything could be upgrade safe.

I need to show the full email body within the stream of a case, instead of just the plain text version. Thus it should appear in the stream as it would appear within the Email screen. What files would I need to change and what would be the best way to approach this?
