  • Can we customize search bar field list ?

    Hi I have following query...

    1. check this attached screenshot I am unable to see my custom field (TICKET ID) in search list ... How to be added ?
    2. Can we set default search field ? (because in support ticket id is default)
    3. Default Number field in Case is showing only 2 digit auto generated id how can we modify it to 4 digit ?

    Hello,
    1. Layout Manager > Case > Search Filters
    2. If this field is a string (varchar or text), you can add it in text filter list. Entity Manager > Case > Edit > Text Filter field.
    3. Default Number field is auto-increment. Looks as integer. It could have more than 2 digits. But only field with type number could have pad length. You need to override the entityDefs of this field
