refined theme

Hi,

first thanks to the espo developer for creating such a great crm, it's simple the best open source crm project out there.

I've done some customizing of a standard theme, basically just css / less changes.
If some community members are interested I could the share the theme files here in a few days, maybe the espo guys like it also and will include it in a coming release
