Custom Entity from Email

Hi,

I created Entity called Orders, which basically holds all data related to some order, such as type, number, name, etc...
Is there an option to create an order from Email? Currently I can open an email and click edit and change parent to be Order.
What would be the better is if it can be done via Email from button that has options for lead, case, reply (attached photo).
It would be nice if it is possible to add an Order field in list also.

I have another question about deletions. If I delete an Order or Case, then email from which entity was created should have none for parent, but
it's not a case. There is still link to order or case but that order/case doesn't exist anymore and parent becomes some numbers and characters, probably only valid for database...
Any hints on how to resolve this?

it's shown the id of the deleted case/order. You can modify this in afterRemove hook.
