E-Mail Filters - Filter mails connected to Contacts

Is there a way to create a filter to only import mails which are connected to a contact?
Use case is that we have a Team which partly uses their mail accounts private - I still want to use the Mail Feature to see E-Mails under a contacts history but I do not want to see other users private mails. Any Idea how this would be possible?
If this is not doable with filters - is there an other way?
