Lead / Contact / Account x Person in Email Templates

Slightly confused about the "Custom Type" fields...

We have a list of Leads which will send a mass email We are now creating an Email Template with placeholders. Which should we use?

{Person.firstName} and {Person.website} or {Lead.firstName} and {Lead.website} ?

Hello,
both of this variants are correct. But if you use Person, you could use this template for Contacts and for Users as well. If you use Lead, this template will be good for Leads only.
