Is it possible, to set up a shared mail account, which does not show up in a users Inbox? I still need all mails from that account to show up under the connected Contact history.
My idea would be to set up a new User (which nobody would use), which has this shared mail account set up as personal mail account. Now those mails should still show up for all users under a contact's history right?
Is there any more elegant solution? Other users don't have to be able to sent any mail using the shared mail adress, they only need to see any mails connected to contacts.
