error 500 on espo CRM VM

Hi Guys

im having issues with the mail config of EspoCRM

I keep on getting Error 500 messages when setting up inbound and outbound mail system

checked setting asn all seems to be good

what im a missing?

Hi

Maybe it's blocked by your email provider? It's usually happens with GMail.
