Reports: Status expressed in a unit of time

Is it possible to make a report in which "Status" will be expressed in a unit of time? For example, "Status: In Process" lasted a total of 3 hours for the selected Leeds?

Hi,
the way I see:
- create a new field for this value,
- set it with a formula for the future,
- create a scheduled workflow for old leads,
- use this field for report

Also you can improve it with additional rate table (like currency and currency concerted fields), but it requires a development
