An account left us and we'd like to change them back to a lead so that they appear in the list of leads and can be included in all the activities we do with our leads. We originally created them as a lead then changed them to an account using the built in process but we can't see an easy way of reverting them back t a lead again. Is this possible?

I thought it unusual too but they (our sales department) carry out tasks against a list of leads in order to try and gain more business. At the moment this list does not include accounts that no longer take our services. I can create a list outside of ESPO using a database view to join the results of a query on the leads with a query on the accounts that are not “current” or not “Live” but this moves the workflow outside of the ESPO application.
I'd be interested to know how do other ESPO users deal with combining activities for leads with activities for accounts that no longer use your services.
