    Quote email status

    Hello, is there a way when you email a quote or print one, it will change the status of a field to a check mark or something so you can keep up if a quote was sent to a customer or not? if so how would one go around doing this?

    not sure. You can try to catch this with workflow for Email, but in email available is only opportunity (parent). You can check also by name (subject), if subject is built with the rule like 'Quote: Number'.
    Or you can develop it in js - when you click the button, the status is changing
