Add target audience to templates

We have a lot of email templates, making it difficult to find the one a user needs.
I added a field "targetaudience" to the template entity.
I don't see template in the Layout Manager.
How do I add the targetaudience field to template form so we can start sectoring our templates based on audience?

copy from application/Espo/Resources/layouts/EmailTemplate to custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/layouts/EmailTemplate needed templates, modify them, Clear Cache.
