How do I do the upgrade of the advanced pack I purchased? I have the upgrade to 5.0.4 but not the advanced pack with the report exports etc. Need them badly!

you can download the newest Advanced Pack version from the Customer Portal. (where you downloaded it the first time)

Hi,
check old email in Inbox. When you bought Advanced Pack, you got access to the customer portal, where you can download Advanced Pack and updates ( if you bought the extension less then one year ago)
