    Flowcharts: email sending problem

    Hello,

    When I create a flowchart with an email message sending task, I have a problem.
    When the conditions are met, the process starts automatically. The email sending is marked "pending", then the next minute I have the confirmation of the sending with the status "Processed"... but I never receive the desired email.

    However, if I try to send an email manually from EspoCRM, everything works.

    In my Flowchart, I have done many tests: use of a group email account for sending, use of a personal email account for sending, reception in an Office365 mailbox, reception on a Gmail mailbox... the message never arrives at its destination.

    I probably have to make a mistake, but I don't know where. Do you have any advice, any ideas? Where can I consult a log?
