Since I am trying to use this CRM as part help desk with case numbers, it would be useful to be able to search by the number that it is auto-assigned in the global search.
Is there a workaround to be able to search this, or perhaps a workflow that can be done to copy the case number to a text field to be able to search it?
When I try and search the number in the global search, it shows as blank and then to the right it says "Case"
Is this how it is supposed to show up?
