how manage EspoCRM companies which no longer existing?
Also one additional similar question: what can I do when a contact left his company (Account)?

I want to avoid later wrong values during reporting/analysing of the accounts.
Also I doesn't want to send a email campaign to not existing contacts/accounts.

You can set the relation as Active or Inactive

Send email to Target List are scheduled to sync with report. In report add a filter Account Inactive
