    Hello
In general enum field contains the set of keys and values
In database is stored only keys.

If your import file contains the key in column, but not the value - of course, you can import this column in enum field.
But an import doesn't autofill the enum with opions

        What do you mean?
Do you want multi-enum field (a several keys for the field in one record ) or you want to increase enum options, if it is in import, but not in current option list?

I want to import only the keys and values in the enum field. The second step is importing data into a custom object

The value of enum a translation, so you can find it in Administration > Layout Manager. At first set the needed language, after select the needed entity from the list, than 'options'.
Find {Field} . {Key} and set the translation
