  • Missing email attachments after changing FTP server

    Hello, I moved a project from one FTP to another and now the problem is that there is no attachments added to every email I get. If I open the email on Gmail or other software - the attachment is present. I checked the uploads folder and made it 777, but still nothing changed. Any ideas?

    Do these emails have attachments in EspoCRM on the previous server?
    Check attachment table in database and filter by parent_id column (parent_type Email, parent_id - the same as in checked email)

      Yes those attachments was on previous server, but the most important thing is that new attachments of new emails doesn't appear on the system also.

          Yes, attachments working everywhere else. Also, if I send an email from CRM itself - attachments is working. If someone sends an email and I open it via CRM - there is no attachment.
