change from name when email sent to contact

how can I change the "FromName" when sending an email direct from Espo to a contact? At the moment, it is showing the username from Espo, what is quite annoying.

We want to send out emails only via a central, shared mailadress, when I'm sending an email from the mail configuration from outgoing mails, I can configure there the From name - the testmail send form this part of Espo looks than also correctly - unfortunately not, when sending direct to a contact...

If a user has the same email address as in smtp configuration, email will be linked with this user.
Change user email, and from will be without this user
