Entity Manager - fields, relations, edit

Why are there entities with possibility to edit and other entities without edit option (see image)?

Because they are system entities, some entities are not customizable.

I want to export users to excel and one of the columns should be "Target List" but that column stays empty in the export. "Target List" is linked to users. Since "Target List" is system entity and I can't edit it ... how should I resolve this problem. Any suggestions?

users have relation to many target lists, not only for one. Multiple relation couldn't be exported. Only with a small developing.
singular target list field is used for adding user / contact / account to target list, but not in other side (you can add one, but you need to get all)

Just to clarify and see if I understood you correctly: when I go on to export contacts to excel, there is Field List, and in that list I can choose, next to other fields, also "Target List" ... question is why is "Target List" present in the Export Field List if you can't export it?
