Date displayed wrong format

Hello
I have set date and time format in both System settings and in user preferences to DD.MM.YYYY and HH:mm
Still the dates are displayed like this "Nov 22 10:30" if this year and "Dec 02, 2016 12:00" if before.

I can't figure if there is something else I should change or it is a bug?

Ok I found the solution myself from this forum
