Import issue

when i am importing 10000 records after 10 minutes the import getting slow and after importing it show different result for example 6300 or 6247.

Do you import in idle mode? Is the Status Complete (or success)?

ya i am importing in idle mode..but every time shows different records.

after completed import cron is not stoped..It is continuous running..
