Can other Team Members see my Activity Stream on their Dashborad?

Hi,
is it possible to see the activity stream from other teammates?
For example if im in Sales Team and create a new contact. I want other Sales Team Members to see this in their streams.
Right now the change will be displayed in my dashboard but the other users can't see this.

No. But user can setup Auto-follow parameter in Preferences. Then user will follow all new records one has an access to stream.

so if i understand that right, we could only see stream for all entities of the followed types. But not only for a team the user is member of?
Can this customized, so the user see only streams from a team?
