    e-mails don't get fetched in inbox

    Hello,

    I installed Espo about 2 weeks ago and everything seemed to work fine.

    However as of today it seems that incoming emails don't get fetched anymore or aren't shown in the inbox.

    So far I
    - reinstalled all settings and mail addresses but nothing appears in my inbox
    - all test mails and test connections seem to work
    - reconfigured all smtp and imap settings (nothing changed)
    - tried ssl and tls, no change
    - tried pop3 instead of imap, no change

    When I look at the web mail client of the email impacted everything seems to work fine on that side.

    Is there anything else I can check or do to force the mails from appearing again?
