How to add / Remove Panel on View Form of Account Page or any other page

Hello, Can any one tell me how to add remove linked entity panel in account view layout.

If you need configurate view of any layout, you should go to Administration => Layout Manager.
Specifically in your situation you have to go to Administration => Layout Manager => Accounts => Relationship Panels.
