How to manage Multibranch Management

Hello, We have a customer having multiple branch of IT & Computer Services Store.. so they have a some activities like call center support is central so their call center support team should be able to access any branch customer account, task, case etc.. and Branch level user should be only allow to access only their branch level account data so how can we manage same ?
