How to import oponoponites for the last year?
I tried to make it a standard import tool, but there it is impossible to select the closeDate field.

You can not set any conditions in import.
Better to change your csv file.
You can also filter your imported opportunities in opportunity list and delete all selected records

I want importing Opportunities with an arbitrary date.
How can I do that?

if you have the column in the file, you can select Close Field (but select correct date format on the previous step)
Also you can set the value in Default Values panel. But all imported opportunities will have the same Close date
You can create a rule in Formula, where you define Close date. But there are no default function to set this field random.
