I made the rule to block the deletion of data, however I believe the system has a failure, when the user selects the deletion by the list the system blocks, but if it is selected separately the system releases the deletion, example in the images the contact.

An author of record can delete it, if it was not reassigned (empty Assigned User or the same as Created By)

I have a problem with this, the opportunities records are being assigned only to a user to protect from the deletion, as you informed me, but now all registered opportunities are only being displayed for this user assigned in the panel chart "my opportunities ". Is it possible to change the graph to show my opportunities for the user who created the file?
