Create User with Workflow

I am attempting to create a User entity with a workflow that pulls from the Contacts entity. The workflow seems to trigger but nothing happens..



I also tried using just emailAddress instead of emailAddressData as well.

Bleh.. Got it working. Just removed Contact. away and left it as userName = emailAddress.
