Error 400: Bad request

Fresh installation, most recent version - adding new records works fine, but when I try editing any existing information, I am getting error 400 - bad request. BUT - this only happens on my laptop, when I try on my mobile phone it works OK, also a friend on a different laptop can edit without issues as well. I have tried in Chrome and IE - same problem. Any ideas why?
