16GB uploads folder and email sent folder

Hello!

Firstly, thank you for developing EspoCRM. Secondly, it seams we have a problem: our crm uploads folder has around 16GB on our server. From what I can figure out, these files are attachments we send them with our emails. So, I think the files are found in the uploads folder and our email sent folder.

My question is if it is OK to delete the files in the uploads folder or is it mandatory to leave them there? What happens if we delete those files?

I think, if you delete attachments they will not be available for emails. Note, in uploads stored others entities like attachments from Stream, Documents, etc.
You can create a dump, delete files and check if everything is fine.
