Just a random thought and question..
We will have the capability to allow everyone access into the CRM so they are all assigned as a user. What would be the point of adding them as a contact as well besides the fact that they could edit their contact information? Right now I have saved all of the custom fields in the user entity. Should I think about sending the information to the contact entity instead?
Just wondering what the pros and cons of each are?
