Changed custom portal URL and get 404 error

I had a portal setup and working. Had logged in and checked that it was working.
Logged out and back in several times.
Decided to change the Custom URL to https://team.thirdrock.com/partners. I logged out and then went to the link and it returns 404.
I logged back into to the main account set the Custom Url to https://team.thirdrock.com/espo/portal/partners for the portal. Logged out and the URL does not exist.

Can you tell me how to reset it to work?
Can I do it in the database?

Try to empty Custom URL field.
