Design distortion

After login into espocrm, before dashboard appears, its design getting distorted for a moment. Please help me how to solve the issue. I also attached a screenshot . Thank u in advance

It seems like .css file is not loaded. Please check it in DevTools. What is the loading time of .css file?

The loading time of css is 19.64 sec in chrome. I think first time the css is not loading properly. This problem is arise in server heavily. I attatched a screen shot of loading time.

Please let me know your server technical details: apache, PHP, MySQL versions, RAM.

PHP 5.5.37
Apache - 2.4.7
mysql 5.5
ram - 4gb

Perhaps, your server refused the connection of loading .css file. Do you have configured any firewalls?

No i have no firewall. The css loading after some time. The distortion is take place for a few moment after login.
