Workflow for Campaign Log Record: Auto-Create Related Lead Linked to Target Contact

We tried to create a new Workflow for target entity Campaign Log Record to auto-create related entity Lead that is linked to the campaign's target Contact, upon creating a Campaign Log Record with either action "Opened" or "Clicked" (find screenshot attached).

However, there seems to be no option to create related entity Lead, linked to the campaign's target Contact.

How can we achieve that?

Hi Tanya,

First of all, sorry for circling back to you so late.

I've tried as suggested, but it still wouldn't work. Instead, the current workflow (find the corresponding screenshots attached):

1. Removes the linked Contact ("Target") from the Campaign Log
2. Creates blank Lead entities without linking the Contact
3. Creates multiple Leads instead of one (we need to avoid duplicate Leads for the same Contact/Target)

How can we address these three issues?

We solved this issue using two separate workflows:

1. One workflow to set the status of parent "Contact" to "Lead" whenever "Campaign Log Record" detects either action "Clicked" or "Opened" (http://forum.espocrm.com/forum/gener...d-action/page2)
2. Another workflow that creates a related Entity "Lead" whenever status of a "Contact" is set to "Lead".
